Client services agreement.

This is the agreement for the work itself — what you get, what it costs, when you're billed, and how either of us can stop. You accept it when you pay.

Last updated: 19 September 2026

What this covers

This agreement is between you (the business buying the service) and AI Solutions Plus. It applies from the moment you pay for a setup fee on our checkout page, where you tick a box to accept it.

It covers the two things we sell: a contractor website, and an AI receptionist that answers calls you'd otherwise miss. The terms of use for this website are a separate, smaller document about browsing the site itself.

What you pay, and when

Every service has a one-off setup fee and then a monthly fee. You are never charged both on the same day.

  • The setup fee is charged when you buy, on the checkout page.
  • The monthly fee starts when your service goes live — when your receptionist is answering calls, or when your site is up on its domain. Not before.

So that the monthly charge doesn't need you to type your card in again, your payment method is kept on file with our payment provider, Stripe. You agree to that at checkout. You can change the card yourself at any time using the billing link on your receipts. We never see or store your full card number — see the privacy policy.

Current prices are shown on the page you buy from. Founding-client pricing, where offered, is limited to the first three clients of that service.

Extras

  • Receptionist minutes. Your monthly fee covers up to 500 minutes of calls. Above that, extra minutes are $0.30 each, added to your next invoice. We'll warn you before you get there.
  • Website edits. Your monthly fee covers roughly an hour of changes a month. Bigger jobs, and extra pages at $100 each, we'll quote before doing anything.

What we promise

  • AI receptionist. Live within five business days of us receiving your completed intake form. If it doesn't catch a single lead you would otherwise have missed in its first 30 days, your first month is free.
  • Website. A first draft within seven days of us receiving your completed intake form, photos included. If we miss that, you get 50% of the build fee back.

Both clocks start when your intake is complete, not when you paid — we can't build it until we know about your business.

Refunds

Setup and build fees are charged upfront and are not generally refundable, because the work starts immediately. The two guarantees above are the exceptions. Beyond those, if something has genuinely gone wrong, email us and we'll sort it out case by case — we'd rather fix it than argue.

Cancelling

Everything is month to month. You can cancel at any time, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Email support@aisolutionsplus.com and we'll stop the billing.

Your monthly fee is charged in advance, so when you cancel, your service runs to the end of the month you've already paid for and isn't charged again. We don't refund part-months.

What happens then depends on the service:

  • Receptionist. We release the phone number and stop answering your calls. Turn off call forwarding at your carrier so your phone rings as it did before.
  • Website. The monthly fee is what keeps the site hosted and maintained, so the site goes offline. If you brought your own domain, it stays yours and we hand back control of it. If we bought the domain for you, it stays with us.

Your own material — your logo, your photos, the words you wrote — stays yours throughout, and we'll send it back on request. The design, layout, and code we build remain ours.

If a payment fails

Cards expire and banks decline things. Our payment provider will retry automatically and email you. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, we'll pause the service — for a receptionist that means releasing the number, for a website it means leaving the site up but stopping edits — and we'll email you before we do. Pay the outstanding amount and we'll turn it back on.

What we need from you

  • Accurate information on the intake form. The receptionist says what you tell it to say, so if the details are wrong, it will repeat them.
  • The authority to set up call forwarding on the number you give us, and to use the logo, photos, and content you send us.
  • Replies when we ask you something. If we can't reach you for 30 days during a build, we'll pause the project and pick it up when you're back.

Telling your callers

We don't record calls. The receptionist produces a written transcript so you can see who rang and what they wanted, and sends it to you by text and email.

Telling your own callers how their information is handled is your responsibility, not ours. That includes any notice or consent about automated call answering that the law in your state requires. You know your customers and your jurisdiction; we run the phone system. If you're not sure what applies to you, ask a lawyer in your state before going live.

Liability

We'll do this job properly, but an AI receptionist is software answering a phone, and it will occasionally mishear something or get a detail wrong. It is not a substitute for you picking up, and it is not for emergencies — it can't dispatch anyone.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost profit from a call that was handled badly or a website that was temporarily down. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the problem. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your information

How we handle your information, your callers' information, and your payment details is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update this agreement. If we change something that materially affects what you pay or what you get, we'll email you before it applies to you. The version published here is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts in Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
